Terms & Condition
1.Deposit is 50% and non-refundable, payable at least 2-months before expected delivery due date.
2.The remaining 50% is to settled before or on the first day treatment begins.
3.Booking of therapist is subject to confirmation of deposit received.
4.For any last-minute arrangement and bookings, we will quote a 100%- surcharge.
5.The Management reserves the right to change the date of bookings subject to therapist availability. An advance notice of 3 days (average) is required for our therapist to start post-natal sessions.
6.Normal delivery earliest treatment could start on 3rd day after birth, while C-sect is after 7th days.
7.The treatment massage and packages are to be held on consecutive days for maximum results. We do accept in-between breaks to allow body to rest or for hospital visits.
8.All prices include transportation charges if location is within 8km radius from the base in Setapak KL. Otherwise charges applicable is between RM30++ or more per day. Outstation surcharges begin with additional RM500 ++ depending on package, board & lodging, transportation fares and other specific requirements.
9.Additional a la carte add-ons charges: 1x RM90/session; 3x and more RM55/session. Eg. Baby Care (warm compress/bath/massage), Herbs Sauna, Vaginal Steam, Facial, Mani, Pedi, Tummy Binding, Herbs Bath etc
- We reserve the right to forfeit monies paid, for any change to scheduled appointments which are notified less than 24-hours before the scheduled session.
